Last week we dealt with hiking. There I affectionately described, among several other things, how beautiful and at the same time essential rests are during these wild activities.

Enough pressure? Whatsoever. Let’s leave it at that.
What counts is the question: What are them rests worth without no proper shelter.
Because besides exhaustion, weather and your personal comfort also plays a role.
A terribly well-known cabin once spoke the following theorems:
I will protect you from wind and from rain.
I will take care of you whenever you need protection.
You can rest and warm yourself.
But please look after me as well.
I live a simple life and like kind and uncomplicated people. Save me from vandalism and garbage so we can still be there for each other in future days.
Unfortunately, this terribly well-known cabin is not to be seen in the photograph below. A closer look reveals that it shows not even a hikers cabin. Things fit together well again.
