What matters in photography, what counts at the end of the day? That finished image or the process that led to the creation of an image?
Most certainly, a question of the perspective.
In the professional sector, cameras are often considered as tools. Customers specify requirements and formulate wishes, the photographer realizes them, end of contract.
Which camera is used doesn’t matter. The customer isn’t interested in this either as long as the camera looks big and professional.
But when photography is practiced as a hobby and serves as a balance between work and everyday life, is it different then? Maybe. Maybe not.
When you enjoy the process of taking pictures and have fun operating a camera, touching it, taking it with you, then photography obviously means something more to you.
