When I think of gorillas, yes, you read right, gorillas, pictures of very strong animals come to mind.
Buzzwords are silverbacks and King Kong.
In this context, it is often illustrated that muscle building does not seem to require meat or animal products whatsoever.
A thesis that always upsets the fitness industry in particular. After all gorillas are vegetarians. And so they’re living proof that leaves and fruit can grow into big biceps.
