You must know the situation: At parties you get to meet new people, y’all have a nice chat and at some point that one question comes up: So tell me, what music do you listen to?
You more of a rocker or a hip-hopper ???
There are people who have a clear answer here, but there’s the opposite too:
I hear a little of each. Or the very clever variation: I only hear the best of all genres.
I am one of these people too, as a matter of fact. Not because I am extraordinarily smart, but because it depends on the mood. Well, this isn’t about me.
In any case, you’ll never hear the statement: Sorry pal. I don’t listen to music.
You’re more likely to run into people who simply listen to the charts. Although this may sound boring at first, it is nonetheless a decent answer.
Why? Because music is huge fun! Music sets energy and them feelings free!
In whatever circumstances or situations you find yourself in. Workouts without music may be unimaginable.
In the same manner I couldn’t imagine physical work or housekeeping without it. That’s right, I also do some household chores from time to time. This had to be on the record somewhere.

What really counts is that you get your mind off things for a moment. When leaving the carousel of thoughts for a second, it is much better to continue afterwards.
The buzzword is creative pauses.
The climax is when you make music yourself, even if it is just for in between.
Once in a while I too strum around a bit. And if I hadn’t quit my guitar lessons when I was a little child, my spouse would also enjoy my music today.
She reminds me in such moments of the fact that guitars don’t necessarily have to be played all the time, because they’re pleasant to look at as well.
